Our commitment to transparency
Nari uses artificial intelligence as a core part of the Career Engine. We believe you deserve to understand exactly how AI is used in our Service, what it can do well, and where its limitations lie.
How AI is used in Nari
The Nari Career Engine uses large language models (LLMs) to generate career documents — résumés, cover letters, LinkedIn summaries, and related content — based on information you provide about your background and goals.
AI is also used to provide conversational coaching prompts, summarize career narratives, and suggest language improvements to your materials.
What AI does well
- Generating well-structured, professional language at scale
- Adapting content to specific job descriptions and industries
- Surfacing transferable skills from your provided experience
- Producing multiple variations of the same content quickly
Limitations of AI-generated content
AI-generated career documents are a starting point, not a finished product. You should always review, edit, and personalize content before submitting it. Specific limitations include:
- AI can produce plausible-sounding content that is factually incorrect — always verify accuracy
- AI does not have access to current job market data or company-specific context unless you provide it
- AI cannot replace the judgment and lived experience of a human career coach
- AI-generated language may not perfectly reflect your personal voice without editing
Human oversight
All coaching at Nari is conducted by human coaches. AI supports the coaching process — it does not replace human coaches. Our coaches review and can modify any AI-generated materials used in coaching sessions.
Your data and AI training
We do not use your personal career data to train our AI models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
