Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nari platform, website, and related services. By accessing or using Nari, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

Nari Career Solutions, trading as Nari, provides a digital career support platform combining technology, AI, human coaching, and community support.

2. What Nari Provides

Nari provides the following services:

• AI-powered career analysis
• Resume/CV review
• Access to coaches (independent contractors)
• Community and educational content
• Paid subscriptions

All services are for informational and professional development purposes only. Nari is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account for certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Upload unlawful content
• Impersonate others
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer the platform

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations.

5. User Content and Data Sharing

You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you own or have the right to submit all content you provide to the platform, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant Nari a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your content to provide services, share with coaches, and deliver guidance. Coaches are bound by confidentiality.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by or licensed to Nari. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

7. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimers

AI outputs are advisory only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for interpreting these outputs. Nari makes no guarantees regarding interviews, jobs, or compensation.

Nari may use user-provided data to develop and improve its own internal AI systems over time. Where this occurs, data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Nari does not use personal data to train public or third-party AI models.

8. Paid Services, Billing, and Refunds

You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize charges to your payment method. Refund policies are disclosed at the time of purchase. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, unlawful behavior, or non-payment. You may request account deletion at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nari is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for decisions you make based on platform outputs. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nari harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringing content.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Texas. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties. You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to ryan@wearenari.com within 30 days of first creating your account. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We will provide 30 days advance notice for material changes to these Terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Related Policies

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI Disclosure. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy, the specific policy governs for that subject matter.
