Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nari Career Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality career coaching and digital resources. We value transparency and fairness in all transactions.

1. Platform Access and Digital Services

Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery, all purchases of digital products, including but not limited to resume templates, downloadable guides, and access to the Nari platform features, are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. However, if you have accessed, downloaded, or utilized any membership features within this period, the service is considered “used,” and no refund will be issued.

2. Coaching Services

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be processed without penalty, and you may rebook your session or receive a full refund.

3. Missed or Late Sessions

Time is valuable for both our clients and our coaches. If you miss a scheduled session without providing the required 24-hour notice (“no-show”) or are more than 10 minutes late to a session, the session will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the session will be deducted from your package or purchase.

4. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Nari offers subscription-based access to certain platform features. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Exceptions and Discretion

We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with career outcomes, as coaching results depend on individual effort and market conditions. However, Nari reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If we determine that there was a technical error or a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services, we will work with you to rectify the situation.

7. Policy Changes

Nari reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when the latest revisions were made.
