Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality career coaching and digital resources, and to handling every refund request with transparency and fairness.
Monthly memberships
New Nari memberships include a 7-day free trial. No charge until day 8. After your trial converts, monthly memberships are non-refundable. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Annual memberships
New Nari memberships include a 7-day free trial. No charge until day 8. If Nari is not the right fit within 30 days of your first charge, email hello@wearenari.comwith the subject line “Refund request” and we will refund your membership in full within 2 business days. This guarantee does not cover fraud, abuse, or misuse of Nari’s credits or features. After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime and your access continues until the end of your membership period. Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Transparency in decisions
We believe in being honest with you. When we review a refund request, we consider the full context of your experience with Nari, what you accessed, how you used it, and what you were hoping for. Whatever our decision, we’ll explain how we arrived at it. You deserve to understand why.
Coaching sessions
Coaching sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Payment processing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Policy changes
Nari reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when the latest revisions were made.
