By engaging with our coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and limitations regarding the nature and scope of Nari’s career coaching.

1. Nature of Coaching Services

The coaching services provided by Nari are educational and advisory in nature. Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help users clarify goals, improve professional presentation, and develop career strategies. It is not a substitute for professional advice in specialized fields.

2. No Legal or HR Advice

Nari coaches are not legal professionals or human resources consultants acting in a legal capacity. Our guidance does not constitute legal advice or formal HR consulting. You should consult with qualified professionals regarding:

• Interpretation or negotiation of employment contracts or non-compete agreements.
• Specific legal rights regarding workplace discrimination, harassment, or wrongful termination.
• Formal disciplinary actions or grievances within your current or past organizations.

3. No Medical, Mental Health, or Therapeutic Services

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Nari coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, burnout that impacts your health, or other mental health concerns, we strongly recommend seeking support from a licensed mental health professional or medical doctor.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own career decisions, actions, and results. While we strive to provide high-quality guidance, Nari makes no guarantees regarding:

• The receipt of specific job offers or interview invitations.
• Successful outcomes in salary negotiations or promotions.
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party employers or platforms.

Any actions taken based on coaching sessions are at your own discretion and risk.

5. Coach Relationship

Coaches providing services through the Nari platform may be independent contractors and not direct employees of Nari Career Solutions. While we vet our coaches for quality and alignment with our values, the specific advice given during a session represents the professional opinion of that individual coach.

6. Limitation of Reliance

Career development is a complex process influenced by many external factors, including market conditions and individual employer preferences. The guidance provided by Nari should be considered as one input among many in your professional decision-making process.
